Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using FireTracker, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. Use of the Application
FireTracker is a personal bankroll tracking tool intended for individual use. You may use it to record and analyze your own poker session data. You agree not to use the application to store or process data on behalf of other people without their consent, or for any unlawful purpose.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and your device. All data associated with your account is your responsibility. We cannot recover data deleted through in-app actions.
3. Subscription and Billing
FireTracker requires a paid subscription after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed at $3/month or $30/year through PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPal and subject to their terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. No Warranty
FireTracker is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, reports, or figures produced by the application. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions made based on data within the app.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of FireTracker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.

FireTracker uses Google Sign-In, Supabase, and PayPal. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
